1. Process quality control in workshop,on-site quality management

Daily quality management

Three processes: Carry out standardized activities of“inspecting the upper process,ensuring the current process and the service lower process”,and formulate the three process transfer standards for each post.

Three inspection system: Three inspections are carried out in accordance with"self-inspection by operators,mutual inspection of employees in this post,and special inspection by inspectors"and records are maintained.

Fourth,don't let go: Collect quality problems and analyze and improve them according to"don't find out why,don't let go of measures,don't let go of measures,don't let go of responsibility,don't let go of handling seriousness,"and analyze and improve.

Weekly Quality Management

Weekly summary and analysis of the quality problems within this week.If they can be resolved,they will be resolved on the spot.If they cannot be resolved,they will be referred to the workshop quality manager for a solution.

Monthly Quality Management

A monthly quality form analysis meeting is held to collect quality information and establish a quality information database.Through the analysis meeting,the monthly quality information of the workshop is fed back to each employee.

2. Process quality control in workshop,quality pre-control

The workshop uses advanced quality tools to perform quality pre-control of important processes,and analyzes the unstable factors affecting quality and safety in the 4M aspect through MSA analysis.

3. Process quality control in workshop,quality improvement process

Establish a workshop quality information database,analyze quality problems through different forms such as team meetings,team leader meetings,quality form analysis meetings,etc.For difficult problems,formulate quality improvement projects,set up QC teams,and make special improvements.

4. Process quality control in workshop,effect inspection and curing

For all the quality improvement measures in the workshop,the quality control staff reviews and confirms the improvement results,and standardizes and institutionalizes good work experience and improvement methods.
